Issue

Some customers face difficulties in gathering the necessary ingredients to serve meals according to pre-existing sales plans.

Chefs encounter challenges with dishes that require preparing a large number of portions in advance.

We have received a lot of feedback from customers through support emails

We conducted a study in more than 20 restaurants using the Clever Cost system to better understand issues related to ingredient management and meal preparation, especially when facing pre-existing sales plans.
